I am a poledance teacher that was in a terrible car accident where the car flipped and I was chucked out and knocked unconscious, I woke up underneath the same car that was completely upside down on my arm! Samantha Skubic was on my case, and an utter pleasure to work with. I'd been injured in a cafe by a low-hung razor-sharp glass lampshade, left bleeding with the most dismissive attitude from staff. I wasn't after a life-changing payout, but just enough to hit the cafe on its bottom line so it reviewed its handling of the incident, its general attitude to customers, and would perhaps rethink the lighting that had left me scarred for simply sitting down at a table... Sam held their feet to the fire, all the while being utterly charming, efficient and easy to deal with from my end. I settled and for a sum far more than I'd have ever expected. Sam's emails kept me up to date on progress, and led me through all the details, data and photographs/evidence needed. Remember my case wasn't life-changing, so JF Law's percentage on this wasn't huge (and I'm sure barely reflected the effort they put in!) But they still treated me with utter respect, support and friendly courtesy throughout. I hope to never need legal support again but if ever I did I'd be straight back to Sam, and heartily recommend her to others.

Unprofessional service. They had a very brief telephone conversation with me then started the ball rolling before they knew all the facts. Had to chase them for updates. Then dropped the case with an explanation of 'the other party denied responsibility'. Wasted 4 months.
